Tracy L. Laaveg
Tracy grew up in Park River, ND. She obtained a secondary English education degree from Moorhead State University and a Juris Doctorate (with distinction) from the University of North Dakota School of Law. She is a certified mediator and parenting investigator with over 10 years of experience in the area of family law. She has been recognized as a “Justice For All Lawyer” by the State Bar Association of North Dakota for several years and serves on the board of Legal Services of North Dakota and the Walsh County Historical Preservation Society. In her free time, Tracy enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, attending concerts, and traveling. Tracy and her husband reside in Park River. She has 3 children, 2 dogs, and 4 cats.
Cassey A. Schmiess
Cassey grew up in Langdon, ND. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and her Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota School of Law. Following graduation, Cassey was a State’s Attorney in McHenry County, ND where she prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. In June of 2016, she joined Einarson Law Office, practicing primarily in family law and later joined Sillers, Laaveg, & Wenzel. To date, she has continued to practice in the area of family law, litigating and negotiating countless divorce and custody agreements. Cassey resides in Devils Lake with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Amber Rosinski
Amber Rosinski was born and raised in Starkweather, ND. She graduated from Starkweather High School in 2001 and from Northwest Technical College in Wadena, Minnesota in 2002. Amber, her husband Ryan, and their two sons, Avery and Jace, lived in Ellendale from 2003 to 2015. In 2015 they relocated to Lankin and Amber began working with Tracy L. Laaveg in the Park River Office. In her spare time, Amber enjoys attending her sons’ sporting and school events, and spending time with her family camping and fishing.
